Move for equal gender representation in NHs

I filed an FOI requiest with Royal Brompton Hospital in October requesting the demographics of their employees, including salaries, with the goal of finding any gender bias.  I was told only a limited amount could be released and I was given a spreadsheet with full time and part time employees (names redacted), their department within the hospital and their salary. From that data I extracted what was stated in this piece.

I also conducted an interview with Kirstie Stott after reading one of her blog posts on NHS England.
The rest of my data and information was found in other studies.
